Hi there,I am responding to the complaint filed against Blank Label by [redacted] regarding his shirt order, order [redacted] in our systemWhile there do appear to have been issues with the delivery of the package via ***, the shirts were sent by us on 11/with tracking number: [redacted] , stated to have been delivered on 11/7.While this complaint was filed on 11/25, we were in communication with [redacted] on the 24th in response to his outreach that he hadn't yet received the shirts letting him know we'd get to the bottom of the delivery issues with [redacted] and if we could not resolve the whereabouts, that we'd remake at no cost, unless he'd prefer a complete refund due to timelineHe let us know that he would prefer the shirts over the refundI have attached copies of that email correspondence here as wellBecause it had been so long since the issue occurred, [redacted] was not able to track it down and could only process a claim so we proceeded with remaking all three shirts and requested that they be expedited for a faster delivery, which is the current state of the order
