In response to the complaint by the [redacted] about the bathtub in their home on Skyforest, we would like to state that we have responded to a complaint that we did not feel we were responsible for but out of courtesy, tried to assist We have responded to every request for assistance including the septic system that took longer to correct than we could control and resulted in an arbitration though Revdex.com We have also responded to things that had no connection to our installations The homeowners had a year to inspect and point out cosmetic and minor issues with their home There was a professional home inspector who inspected the home who also did not discover any discrepancies with the tub The first we were aware of any problem was after two years We had taken particular precautions with the bathtub by having a wooden shield over it throughout construction We also polled our installers who were well aware of our concerns and they could not recall any problems with the tub.We responded out of kindness and tried to fix what the [redacted] felt was a problem that we were responsible for We clearly did not meet their scheduling expectations, so we decided to research the other pand found that a 'professional' fix could be had for approximately $ We included that amount with a letter explaining that they could coordinate the work directly.The warranty for cosmetic and other minor issues expired at the one-year point and we do not feel responsible for any further items such as the one described in the complaint
