This is a wonderful, trustworthy company Just fantastic I contacted Progressive Heating and Cooling after receiving an inspection report that my Heat Pump was not working When I researched the problem online, I got worried because such replacements can be quite expensive The owner of the company, LaRon, came to my houseHe was courteous, professional and came ready to work Within minutes, he disclosed that the inspector was incorrect and that my system did not have a Heat Pump He noticed that the thermostat, which had been recently installed, was not properly set up for the type of system I had He checked the unit and double-checked it and fixed the thermostat Within minutes, I could hear the heat turning on and and the problem resolved What I appreciated was his honesty As a female, you always feel vulnerable in such situations He could have told me anything was wrong with the system, and I would have believed him because I did have an inspection report, but he did not He was honest and upfront and fixed the problem within minutes So instead of paying hundreds, I paid $ My goodness I just could not believe it As a result, I am telling all of my friends and co-workers about Progressive Heating & Cooling, LLC--a company you can trust They truly are a trustworthy company who cares about the service they are providing in their community Thank you sooooooo much Just terrific service I could not be happier Please know I am telling all of my friends and co-workers about this company Pass it on
