Request to cancel a shuttle reservation was ignored and charged to our card On Dec I sent a request to [redacted] to see what it would cost to get a shuttle from a house we rented in Orlando to Port Canaveral and then from Port Canaveral to a hotelI explicitly reached out to ensure they would pick us up at the houseI got a quote confirming they would so on Dec 31st I booked for peopleI got a reply that the pick location was at the airportJan 1st I replied that I entered in my reservation comments section the address of the house we were to be picked up atOn Jan 2nd they replied shuttle service only picks up at hotel or airportI emailed them on Jan 4th and requested my reservation be cancelledI did not get a reply so I called and the person who answered yelled at me that they got my request and only do cancellations on Tuesday and that I was on the listI followed up with an email as well and then got a reply that I didn't give enough noti

Contacted First Choice Shuttle online to arrange a RT transfer from Orlando International Airport to a hotel in Cocoa Beach FL for Feb 24th with a return on March 6th, I never receive an email confirmation that this trip has been reservedRepeated calls to the company sends me to voice mailI have left three messages and no one returns my callsI finally CANCELLED this reservation due to lack of affirmative response that the reservation has been acceptedFour days latter still no call back or communication via emailMy CC has been charged $for this tripI will dispute this charge through them There are numerous complaints and negative reviews concerning this company on [redacted] I should have checked them first

I purchased shuttle tickets for $103, cruise cancelled due to hurricane IrmaI spoke with rep twice about refund and they hung up the phone I purchased shuttle tickets for 09/cruise for $103, approval code [redacted] , transaction ID# [redacted] shuttle service was cancelled due to hurricaneI tried calling for week straight, finally spoke with rep where he said the hurricane disrupted their web/phones and to call back in a couple days when he could pull up my invoiceI tried calling/emailing BACK FOR WEEKS AFTER WITH NO ANSWER, someone finally answered and told me to get a life and hung upI called back several days later hoping to speak with someone different about refund and they hung up againI would like my refund for services not rendered

At this point I am only writing a review of how our experience has gone so farI called *** to arrange a ride from Orlando International Airport to our Hotel in Cocoa BeachThe man told me to make the reservation on line and I would get an conformation in 4-hoursI went on line and while filling in the details the automated system did not recognize the hotel we are staying at***this is not a little unknown hotelI then call them back and he told me to just put the name, address and pick up times in the comments boxAgain he told me I would get a conformation in 4-hours, which I did from, ***! all this conformation has on it is a place for us to get picked up B#ground level oneNo day or timeno return informationIt did however have the info I put in the comment sectionIt also gave us the name Cindy and a phone numberI have called this number many times only to get a generic answering service telling me to leave a messageWITH WHO??? WHO IS CINDY? I did a reverse look up on this phone number and it came up as a private cell phoneI looked into the credit card that I gave them to pay for the shuttle and I have been charged for people round tripYes this is what I requestedBUTThe company on my CC that charged me is *** of Orlando FLSo this is different company names for one request for a shuttleNot to mention, I am pretty certain most businesses wait until the service is preformed to charge the customer I will come back after this is over to give you the outcomeI can almost guarantee it wont be goodOh I forgot to mention that the original place I contacted, their webpage says they are verified and secured by ***

According to transportation desk, this "Robert" is a small transit van organization with no markings Steer clear!!!, refused to take reservations, said to call when ready and be right there Waited hr no show price was good, guess was going to get what I would have paid forpoor and lousy commitment Definitely stay away, they all know of him at the transportation desk
