I am rejecting this response because: top feeder of copier was broken and no sign was posted noting this. Clearly, clerk knew feeder was broken, as, she informed me of that fact, after I attempted to make copies using it I was never asked if I was ok. Clerk never put down phone to ask if I was ok. I did interrupt her phone call notifying her that machine needed copy paper.Due to feeder being broken, the documents which I placed in feeder were damaged.The regular scanner was functioning properly and all documents copied thru regular scanner came out acceptable.Regarding the sign, I would accept responsibility for all copies made, assuming that a broken feeder would be fixed, replaced or removed. At the very least, there should be a sign noting that feeder is broken, as clerk knew that it was broken.I do not need a refund. The gas used to drive to Blask of Croydon would be more expensive than the amount of the refund.Regards,

Dear Revdex.com,My response to a customer complaint is below and is under FD ***.This same customer has come to this business numerous times to make a copies, therefore she knows the policy that you are responsible for copies that you make yourselfThis customer did not ask for help nor did she want
help when tasked if she was okayhad to tell her the top feeder of the copy machine did not work and the regular scaner part was fucntioning, yet she proceeded to make copies from the feederThe customer also was not following instructions on the machine itself and was feeding the paper sideways, which was incorrectTherefore when she fed her originals through the machine, of course the sides would be cut off since she put them in the machine in the wrong orientationI even went out to the customer while she was making copies and replaced the papertray because it was out of paper and asked the customer "are you okay"also showed her how to make the copy on the scanner part of the copy at which point she said she would go to staples.I have also attached a copy of the sign that hangs near the copy machine, which reads "attention customers, you are responsible for all copies made".Thank you,Blask of Croydon
