Dear Revdex.com,My response to a customer complaint is below and is under FD [redacted] .This same customer has come to this business numerous times to make a copies, therefore she knows the policy that you are responsible for copies that you make yourselfThis customer did not ask for help nor did she want help when tasked if she was okayhad to tell her the top feeder of the copy machine did not work and the regular scaner part was fucntioning, yet she proceeded to make copies from the feederThe customer also was not following instructions on the machine itself and was feeding the paper sideways, which was incorrectTherefore when she fed her originals through the machine, of course the sides would be cut off since she put them in the machine in the wrong orientationI even went out to the customer while she was making copies and replaced the papertray because it was out of paper and asked the customer "are you okay"also showed her how to make the copy on the scanner part of the copy at which point she said she would go to staples.I have also attached a copy of the sign that hangs near the copy machine, which reads "attention customers, you are responsible for all copies made".Thank you,Blask of Croydon
