I am rejecting this response because:I understand that you require to see id,however you can't deny or refuse the completion of the transaction due to no id[redacted] refused to complete the transaction because I didn't show him my id.second of all,it was a debit card with a [redacted] logo on it and signed.it is not a true credit card.I'm going to file a complaint with [redacted] because your organization has violated this policy and seek further action
After receiving the complaint, we researched how [redacted] and [redacted] would like us to handle situations like this. We came to the conclusion that if the back of the card is signed and the customer does not want to show id, then we will still accept this as payment however if the back of the card is...
not signed then we will require the customer to show id. We apologize for this issue and we have re-trained our staff.
