When we were informed about this issue we found that there had been a mistake in our administrative process and the customer had not been contacted to reschedule his appointment. We have taken steps to make sure this doesn’t happen again to any of our customers. Our telephone system was also checked...

so that during the times our office is closed, our customers can leave a voicemail and will be contacted as soon as our office opens again. Also, we contacted Mr. Ruiz and had our technician go out to his home to perform the required maintenance and checked his system. We were informed by our technician that the water refinement systems are now working properly and Mr. R[redacted] was satisfied with the work done.
