Blaze Bangor is extremely sorry for these circumstances. There was a total miscommunication between us the the client. The check was sent to the address given by the client, but she was in Alabama for an extended period of time. The business circumstantially went through a change in banks. This...

change unfortunately happened within the 6 week time-frame the client was holding on to the check. There was absolutely zero intent of malice on our part with the bank change. It was a routine business decision and every caution was taken on our end to ensure a smooth transition with all our vendors and clients with minimal issues. To resolve this issue I have a money order made out to the client for $1150. $1000 for the cost of the refund, and an extra $150 to cover any return check fees and as an apology. We also gave the client a $100 gift card in July when she picked up the original check at the restaurant. Again, we do apologize profusely for any inconvenience to the client.[redacted]General Manager
