Blazer Heating & Air Conditioning

We had another company servicing our unit for about 18 months. When we bought our house, we had a one-year home warranty (which are, by and large, useless, but I digress). Anyway, this other company had come out in the winter and the summer to essentially throw band-aids on the unit until the warranty expired. So, 6 months after the warranty expired, I decided to call Blazer. It was in June of 2015, and one of the hottest months of June I can recall! Blazer came out, looked at my existing system, and confirmed what I had suspected all along - it wasn't the blower, it wasn't the thermostat, it wasn't the coolant, it wasn't all the bits and pieces we had already wasted hundreds of dollars on - the system was simply kaput and needed to be replaced! So, on one of the hottest days I can recall in recent history, Blazer came by, put in a brand new unit - air handler, condenser, thermostat, everything - at a reasonable price, and it has worked flawlessly since. We purchased the yearly service contract, so that we know where we started from scratch, and where we stand with each inspection and cleaning. I can't recommend Blazer highly enough - from the prompt response, the friendly staff, and helpful technicians - if you need HVAC service, definitely keep Blazer on your short list!
