I do apologize to everyone for their inconvenience.We strive to be the best we can be and work everyday to try getting even better.It doesn't happen often but every once and a while a call does slip into a crack and not get dispatched.Usually I can correct any mistake within minutes however the calls weren't getting through to me on the line they were dialing.Had they only tried calling the number I texted them from I would have had a chance to find out about the problem.The number they dialed is an internet number and rings on other drivers phones as well.So unfortunate the sequence of events that happened were out of my control.I'm not trying to pass the buck here This missed call is our fault and totally our fault I take full responsibility for the error and am willing to provide their next taxi experience on the house No charge No charge to the airport and for their return Round trip transportation complementary.I would offer this verses any reimbursement for parking What if their trip lasted days, days or moreWould a little cab company be liable for parking that whole time? I don't think so.What if they missed their flight? Is a cab company responsible for buying them a new ticket It's the travelers responsibility to make sure they make the plane A 4:pick up for a 5:departure is not the hours required by the airport for travelers.Unfortunate as it may be in most circumstances 4:would have been enough except in this instance.Our company is not responsible for parking fees or plane tickets We drive point A to B and do the best we can with each fare.We would go out of business otherwise paying bills that we shouldn't.Happy to give their next to rides free, if they don't utilize this then I know that they never again use us, parking fee paid or not.That's the truth of the matter Pay their parking just to get bad reviews and have them use someone else anyways That's not for me.Thank you for reading this lengthy tirade of an answer, but its not really a tirade just truth and honesty.Sincerely***Blazer Transportation [redacted]

[I'm sorry but I will never be using your cab company again. How can I trust your service when we received a confirmation text from you that we would have a cab. I want my airport parking ticket paid for. You did not present to my house when you said you would and therefore this is your fault. Don't say we called the wrong phone number... because you have this listed on the internet.  Not my fault we called the number on the web .]
