I send $to this Company in 2011, to fund my real estate companyThey did not fund my company nor did they return my $So I bought a round trip ticket to go to their office(which was located in Phoenix, AZat that time) when I got there the address that they gave was empty office spaceI never recieve my money back
Review: [redacted] is a real estate lending institution that charges an upfront membership of $750.00. We were misinformed of lending requirements before we had signed up by [redacted], who is no longer with [redacted]. We explained our situation to the owner, [redacted], who agreed to a refund after a period of three years. As of June 2013 our excessive refund waiting period is over, and they are not honoring their word. A new gentleman, [redacted], is now the only person working there, and he is of no help in this matter. This company is fraudulent, and needs to be stopped. We have emails confirming our due refund approved by the owner.Desired Settlement: All I ask is the agreed refund of $750.00
