of *** and ***Said he was there working when he wasn’t, said he would finish the work by a date he provided and it wasn’t How long was I supposed to wait for him to get organized and get the work done? Completely unprofessional and shouldn’t not be a businessHis tools are available for pickup once a refund is made Tools were not stolenHe left them in private propertyThey were not taken/stolen from him
