Review: I would like to dispute two charges from a website designer. Her charged me $1,364.15 split into two separate invoices and never deliver the complete service (not even close) according to the contract we signed (which I can provide). The bills are as follows:

05/30/13 Charge VISA CHARGE PAYPAL [redacted] ($695.00) and 05/24/13 Charge VISA CHARGE PAYPAL [redacted] ($669.15). This supplier did not deliver the services according to the contract we signed.

Contract Terms and Performance: (I can send you the signed contract)

"Client is entitled to three (3) rounds of revisions/changes per each social media page (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, You Tube, and page" and at the per page rate. We did not receive this service in total.

- We still have 2 revisions for YouTube coming

- We still have 3 revisions for Google+ (it was never created)

- We still have 1 revision for Facebook coming

- We have 1 revision of Twitter coming

- We have 1 revision of our Landing Page due

- All per contract details; which I can easily supply

- The contract stipulates that the page design and code that will include design, typography, layout, copywriting and code. Including a contact form that will collect users, name, email, phone and comments. This was never delivered.

- The Final design was never approved so we are asking for the Final Round of Revisions. The contact is not completed until we approve all products and services. We never approved the products and services and wrote emails and called this company over a 3 month period and have gotten no response to these contract terms. His offer was to charge us the full fee again, to complete work he had not provided by the original contract. HE does not return calls.

- All of this information can be completely validated by an independent 3rd party web and social media expert, who would be more than happy to provide supporting information and validation

The provider, “Blazin Media” will deliver the following with 3 revisions:

1. A custom and highly professional Landing Page

2. A custom and highly professional Facebook profile header graphic that matches the landing page design

3. A custom and highly professional Twitter background that matches the landing design

4. A custom and highly professional Google+ profile header graphic that matches the landing page design

5. A custom and highly professional YouTube header and background that matches the landing page design

6. All of the website and landing page title graphics; icons and page image elements basically, all the graphic elements used to construct the landing pages and graphics for social media profiles will be provided to Client upon completion

Simply put, this service provider took our money, and did not deliver the agreed to service. I would like a full refund and we will return all of his incomplete work files to him. In his response, please ask him to stick with the terms of the contract. When we could get him on the phone, he talks about everything under the sun, makes all sort of excuses, but never talks about fulfilling the contract terms.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and we will return all of his incomplete work files to him.
