[redacted] is not a member of Paradise Vacation Club. As indicated by Ms. [redacted] she purchased
a membership while in Mexico. Based on the information available, we find that she purchased a
Gold Crown Resort membership.
The Seller of the Gold Crown Resort membership was Promotora PVG, S.A. de C.V., a Mexico
Company.
Any further correspondence would need to be addressed to the seller Promotora PVG or Gold Crown

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.    I have already made a complaint in Florida and they forwarded this complaint to California cause they said the charge came from California and not from Florida,  seems like this is a major scam and they are just finding a way to throw this around cause they dont wanna refund me my money back.  It is a gold crown memberships but was changed in California.  They lied about almost everything just to take my money, I refuse to take this for an answer and would like a full refund on a membership that is completely misrepresented!
