Review: I bought a teeth whitening kit from BleachBright last month, and was sent a product that was not the one being advertised. They sent me an old product that actually had an expiration date from April of 2014. When I contacted BleachBright through Instagram and E-mail, I was told a new system would be sent. I never received a new system, only a new tube of gel from the system. The full system was not the one they were advertising on their website. I spoke with a woman named Valerie on the phone, and she told me that the product they are advertising online (white case with a blue logo) is only sent to their endorsers, and that they send the old product (blue case with no logo) to anyone else that buys their products. They do not state this on their website anywhere, and the blue cased product is available online for only $11 +shipping from another website. If I had known I was going to be sent this old product, I would have ordered elsewhere and saved myself money. I was not offered an exchange, as I was offered twice before of a completely new system, and I was not asked if I would like a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the product that was advertised online that I ordered, instead of the old system that was sent to me. I would also like BleachBright to be accountable for sending these old products to everyone, and make a disclaimer on their site telling others that the product being showed is not the one that is being sent.
