As he attempted to bend it upon his observation the Id was not in appropriate shape to be accepted. he let Ms. [redacted] no and she responded with immature name calling and verbal harassment. When she asked the manager he informed her that he was the manager and she proceeded to insult his job title, duties and responsibilities. We apologize for the delay in response. our mail is sorted by a third party and we just received it today.
