I received the check for the $and I accept this as resolved However with the response that MrBledsoe included I feel as if I must responded with photo evidence The complaint that I have lodged in desire of the $was a legit request I have attached a picture of the bumper which he painted The shop that I took my car to for correction informed me that they attempted to tape the bumper for paint and once they pulled the tape the paint came off without any excess force
When we received the vehicle from customer named in the complaint, as with anycustomer we advised what was needed for repairs, the cost, and estimated time ofcompletionWe took photos at that time, during the repair process, and afterTheevidence in the photos do not align with this complaint Customer made request forcertain parts that were not factory or standard for the vehicle, after customer's persistenceand request we used parts he requested to repair vehicle to the best of the ability with thepartsCustomer was made aware that this was not standard parts for vehicle and wouldnot look as it shouldWhen customer came to pick up vehicle at completion, he was notsatisfied with the workI advised of what was already discussed with him previously aboutthe parts he wanted on vehicleHe was not satisfied, what was discussed in his complaintto you as to what was said by me was correctI realized that I could not satisfy him andafter discussion with his insurance company, he was issued a refund.To satisfy the customer and settle this complaint, a refund of $will be issued to him inform of money order # [redacted] and will be mailed today.Customer satisfaction is our priority here regardless of facts.We now consider this matter resolvedAttached to this response is copy of response tohim and copy of the money order and receipt for tracking of the letter to him.Sincerely,Danny Bledsoe
