Not a happy customer. Took my automobile there cause there was a hard jerk when the car changed gears, took it to Bleecker to see what was wrong. They claimed they couldnt find anything wrong. They suggested a transmission service, then the transmission went out 4 days later, I reuquested $182.99refund on transmission service, they refused.

Found Under Body Protection Spray Painted over Dirt
Had to Use a Sand Blaster on the Frame Rails to Remove the Rust that was Painted Over
When we give them a Great Credit Rating we expect a Great Credited Business
Did not see this kind of Customer Care or level of Bad Business Coming from this Company...................Really Really Really Shocked

Car I purchased had promised paintwork to be done. Has not been completed, and dealership does not return calls or make attempts to correct.In January, I purchased a 2013 Honda Crosstour from [redacted] Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Dunn. The sales rep's name is [redacted] There were a few paint blemishes I noticed when inspecting the car. [redacted] assured me these would be taken care of with the purchase. These were even documented. Upon the purchase, I arranged an appointment to bring my car back the following Thursday for the work to be done. The weather was bad, and as a result the paint job was done poorly. My parents actually took the car for me to the dealership because I like 90 minutes away in Greenville, NC. The rep noticed this and apologized to my parents, saying he would call me right away to set something up with me to get it fixed. He didn't call. I had to call him after my parents called me later. I set up another appointment with the rep for 2 weeks later. I confirmed the appointment the day before. He said everything was fine to bring it in. Once again, my parents brought the car in, but this time the painter wasn't there. The story was the painter's day changed, and he didn't work on Thursdays anymore. I have since found that to be untrue. I called [redacted] he apologized and said he would make it right. Someone would come to Greenville to do the job on my schedule wherever I wanted. Fine.After a week, I still did not have an appointment. I had to make numerous calls. I called and emailed [redacted] the GM. He returned one email then fell silent. [redacted] always told me that he needed to talk with [redacted] the sales manager. Still no call. I chatted w/ reps online on at least 3 occasions. Received no return call as promised. I finally was able to get in touch w/ the GM at the other [redacted] dealership in town, through another sales rep named [redacted] The GM's name is [redacted]. He actually provided some assistance. He arranged for [redacted] a private contractor, to set up an appointment with me at my job to do the work. [redacted] showed up a few days later, but said he would need to do the work somewhere else, and offered to do it at my house. His comment was that if he did it in the parking lot, it would look about as bad as the job [redacted] originally did in Dunn. I set up an appointment with [redacted] to meet at my house this past Saturday, March 12 at 1:00. He didn't show up, and has not returned any of my calls or texts to reschedule.I have since turned back to [redacted], calling him several times this week. He hasn't returned one of my calls. Yesterday, during one of my calls, I was transferred to [redacted] boss. He said he wanted to fix my car and have it picked up and driven to Dunn. I said no, because [redacted] promised me it would be done here on my schedule. Having my car go to Dunn a 3rd time when one painter already told me it wouldn't look good just wasn't an option. [redacted] asked me what I wanted. I told him I wanted it to be done by a body shop here in town and billed to [redacted]. At least I'd be in control of the situation. He said ok, get a quote and call me. He gave me his cell number. I have called him about 5 times today, and he's not returning my calls. I have also called the dealership, but am told he is in a meeting w/ the GM. Based on history, I don't think they have any intention of fixing this car, and I really don't trust them with my vehicle. I would like to have this fixed in my hometown at this point as they promised. I am ok if they select who does the work, but I would like it resolved.Desired SettlementI would like to have this car painted as promised in Greeville at my schedule. I would like to have a quality job done and communication.Today I was able to reach a resolution in regards to this complaint. Thank you for your assistance. This case may be closed.
