This email is in response to letter that I received concerning [redacted]. I am the owner of
Texas Splish Splash. My manger notified me about the complaint that [redacted] had but she did
not leave a name or number for me to call her. I did see her compliant on several social media sites.
When I did get the letter from the Revdex.com I contacted [redacted]. I explained to [redacted] that my manager
should have written her name and number and that I would have called her later to go over this
matter. There was no way that my manger could have stopped and closed the company to handle this
issue. I told [redacted] that she can not prove that her leather was scratched here and I can not prove that it did not happen here. But I am always willing to work with my clients. We have been open for almost five years and if any of my employees damage anything on a car my manger or myself are notified and I do fix the problem. I do say that my manger should have handled this differently but there is no reason for [redacted] to get on any social media sites before giving me a chance to fix the issue. [redacted] and I are meeting Friday October 10th to go over this matter. But just because a client thinks that we scratched or broke an item in their car does not mean that it happened here. We have had complaints before and we have looked at our cameras and we have proven that we did not cause those damages. We are a mom and pop store and we try to be as prefect as possible but their is no way that we can be perfect every day. Just because an employee at any business does something wrong does not give a client the right to jump on a social media site and try to destroy that business. Yes an employee is a reflection of the company but we all know that all employees are not going to be perfect. Please email me back when you
