I purchased a dress back in April They shipped the wrong dress and will not get back to me in regards to my refund
I had purchased a dress from Crystalline back in AprilIt took about a month to be shipped to me and upon arrival, I noticed they shipped the wrong dressI contacted the customer service agents and send pictures of what I had ordered as to what I had receivedI asked to be refunded my money and have been given the run around ever sinceThey say they will send a prepaid label, then go back and say that they can'tI then had to explain to them again that this was not my fault, but theirs and I won't be spending anymore money on themMy last point of contact with them was Monday June 5th with the customer service agent "Sara" who said she would look into a prepaid labelI have not heard anything since and have not received any form of reimbursement of the money that I have paid
