I paid [redacted] over $15,000 to make renovations to my home, Mr. [redacted] and his crew began the work but never finished once he collected money.Whenever I call mr. [redacted] to inquire as to when he plan to complete the job, he is very very rude and he used a lot of profanity stating that he's working on another job and he's not going to my to stop and he will get to my house later. Also there were items stolen from my home, he tore up every room in my house and left it unliveable. He removed the faucets in the bathrooms and never replaced them. He left trash and debris all over the front yard in which the city of Bartlett imposed a fine. There is paint all over the windows, appliances, my carpet and furniture. He never finished any of the tile in the house. Every time I call mr. [redacted] he is very rude & nasty and states that he is not spending anymore money or time at my house. Also the neighbor and I paid him to replace the fence that divides our house, he took the fence down but never replaced it. He needs to refund my money or at least finish the job. I found out from other customers that this is a normal practice for him to collect the money and not finish the job.Desired SettlementI'm asking mr [redacted] to finish the job and clean up the mess that he created in my home. Ms. [redacted] ex-husband hired me to do her house n we have completed the bedroom floors the living room floors the dining room floor the only floor not completed is her kitchen because he utilities were disconnected for over three months. Also Ms.[redacted] hired some Mexican to do her roof ans as a result of this her house flood and caused major damage to her house. Her ex-husband saw the damages to the house and told me to fix it it cause the closet to mold and flooded the upstairs and downstairs and ruin the paint job that we had already done and we had to replace the ceiling in the hallway that was 20ft high and repaint the house over and this acquired extra charges to her house that where not remitted. When we went to her house to work her water was disconnected and when we called her she told me was not there and she had moved out. Ms. [redacted] was going to federal court at this time and she even asked me to pray for her n I did so. Ms.[redacted] ran out of money and tried to go behind my back n hire one of my employee's name [redacted] to work on her house and he called me n told me and tried to pay him and he made me aware of this situation. The money she claim that is owed to her is not true when the house flooded we used the funds to fix the damages caused by the flood and this is why her house is incomplete. Mr. [redacted] her ex-husdand came and saw the house after we made the repairs n stated unto me we where doing a good job. She contacted me n told me about two weeks ago shes at home and when we coming back to work I told her I was working on other jobs and she need some money in order to complete the job.call me for more info XXX XXX-XXXXConsumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Regardless of what was going on in my personal life...also he claimed to be a man of God so my personal business has nothing to do with him completing his job. He's hust using that as an excuse to cover up his dirty intentions. Also ** rented a drill from [redacted] in my name and he refuses to return the drill. mr [redacted] was paid to do a job that he did not complete. I have pictures of the incomplete job. The area that flooded was on the stairways which had absolutely nothing to do with the kitchen, the bathroom and the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom that were torn up my [redacted] & his crew. He laid tile in each room and didn't finish the cuts or the grouting. I didn't adj him to do any additional work all I asked him to do is finish what he started & what he was paid form. If I have to go to the media and radio station where he preaches every Sunday on am 990 from 3 to 4. I also have signed notarized affidavits from two of his crew members stating that I'm not the only one he's done this way and they stated that he had a habit of collecting the money and never completing the job. If you would refer back then you will note that someone else had filed a similar complaint. I also have a couple of witnesses including neighbors that are willing to give statements on his work as well. Please let me know what other steps I need to take because it is ridiculous for him to cheat people the way he does.Final Business Response Based on a conversation the Revdex.com had with the company Mr. [redacted] states that he does not have Ms. [redacted] rented drill.

Mr. [redacted] charged me $1700 for supplies I do not have and is requesting more money for incomplete work.On December 22, 2015, I signed a proposal for $3200 for Mr. [redacted] to complete home improvements. He required $1200 down for materials leaving a balance of $2000. Mr. [redacted] cashed my check December 23, 2015. I also asked him to add a toilet 12/23/2015 and gave him another $500 to get the toilet added since it was not in the contract. Mr.[redacted] demolished my kitchen floor and removed sheet rock from the living room. He put down most of the tile, but has not grouted the tile or put down the quarter round. He hung about half of the sheetrock which needed to be hung. He wants another $1350 before he will finish anymore work. The contract states for him to get $500 after the walls are installed. He is insisting that having half of the sheet rock hung which has not been finished is considered to be installed. He wants me to pay him more money although he has not delivered any of the supplies I have paid for, which include tiles for bathroom and fireplace, backsplash in kitchen, backsplash in bathroom, toilet, tub-shower faucet, trim, etc. I would like to have a refund for leaving my house in shambles.Desired SettlementI would like to have the supplies I paid for delivered to my home or receive a refund for those supplies.Business Response First of all Ms. [redacted] contract was for materials and labour in which to start the job was a payment down for 1200 dollars and second she was to pay 500 once we remove the titles from the kitchen we remove the tiles from kitchen floor and install new tiles which I purchased and also remove the paneling from the den and installed new drywall which I also purchased and she had some electrical issues that need to be fixed and I brough a licensed electrician to her house to correct the issues and at that time I inquired about my payment according to the contract that she signed and she stated in not going to pay your in front of the electrician which was a breech of contract because before the floor was install a payment of five hundred was due and a payment of five was due for installing drywall according to the contract that we went over and signed and a pay of three hundred and fifty was due to pay the electrician and [redacted] witnessed this and at that time all work ceased and the contract was breeches by her and she refused to pay me my laywer is on this as of that date
