treat each and every family as if they are our very ownHealth and safety come first at our Center and under no circumstances would one child's items be used for another childThis is completely against our policiesWe have some of the most educated and well trained staff in the Louisville Community.In dealing with this instance, it was important for Consumer to note as outlined in our Parent Handbook, the duties of the parent as it relates to carefully labeling each item sent in for a childThis is Mandatory.Further, in referring back to the Center Handbook , on page 2, it carefully outlines that when it is a decision of the Parent to remove a child from our facility , that the following must take place:You must give the facility a two weeks notice in writing.Lastly, on page our handbook states that Tax Statements are provided to families as follows:Tax statements will not be mailed parents and owner must sign the statementAll fees must be paid up to date before tax statements will be issued.We are sorry that you have not been pleased with your experience.Here at Blessed and Faithful your child's safety is our top priorityPlease be ensured that we will continue to provide all of "Our Children" with the absolute best and experienced excellence in childcare services.Here at Blessed and faithful, we are family firstShould you have any questions or concern, we are always available at via telephone or email
