Blessed Hands & Heart, LLC plans to offer our course at least once per quarter contingent upon sufficient enrollment
Prospective class participants are advised of our tentative dates and also made aware that classes may be postponed if there is not adequate enrollment and that it is our policy to retain the registration until the next course offering.
Due to unforeseen circumstances we did not hold classes during Sept or October.
To our knowledge, *** ***, did not request a refund prior to filing her complaint
Upon receipt of the complaint notification, our management staff reached out to *** *** to offer a refund which was picked up from our office on Nov3,

These people are not very professional at all they bring people to your home while they care for your loved ones. They have no work ethic always late or sick and if you are not on the bus line they cannot supply care

Review: I was told they had a Personal Care Aid Coarse at Blessed Hands & Heart. I went to them on July 21, 2014. I spoke to [redacted] and she told me they didnt feel the coarse would take place on July 28, 2014. The State requires them to have 5 or more students. I had a Money order for $300.00 and [redacted] told me that I could leave her $100.00 would save mea spot. I told [redacted] I only had a money order for $300.00. [redacted] wrote on my receipt that the course is for September 15 -19,2014.I called [redacted] back on September 12,2014. I asked [redacted] was the coarse still on for September 15,2014 she said no and can I call you back?I said Yes, and [redacted] never did. I called back on the September 15,2014 and I asked to speak to the head lady [redacted] and [redacted] saidHi [redacted] I remember you, we do nothing in vein. We will have the Personal Care Aide Coarse in October 20-24,2014. I'll call you a week in advance to let you know we having it. The Personal Care Aide Coarse did not happen. I would like to get my money back please and go else where.thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like my money I earned $300.00 back please thank you.
