Review: I paid a real estate agent from blessed homes realty by the name of **,a fee of $950 to move into an apartment that was not livable. I moved in on January [redacted] 2015.There were more than minor repairs that needed to be done that I was not made aware of . One in particular was leaks in the wall in the living room area that stayed damped for days.. I was afraid of mold and my health. and moved out on the [redacted] of January. The landlord was kind enough to refund me after I pleaded to her that I was not comfortable with the apartment. did not feel comfortable with the apartment and the landlord was not being reasonable with repairs that needed to be done before hand.[redacted] from blessed homes realty assured me that he will assist me with finding another apartment with the use of the fee I already paid. I found some apartments and emailed him and notify him about them. It has been 3 weeks since I have been calling and texting and no response to my avail. Which is very frustrating. He is not being professional and thinking about his clients.Desired Settlement: I will like to have my $950 fee that I paid seeing that he is not assisting me in finding another place. Which he agreed to do.
