under the trailer to repair the leak.  I had to push a lot of things aside so I could reach the area I needed to get to.  If I broke anything, I wasn’t aware of it.  She didn’t warn me about any tv antenna under there.  I repaired the leak, taking about 3 hrs total, including time to go get needed parts.  She paid me $285 by check, which covered the 3 hrs labor plus parts.  I received a text from her, (not a phone call) regarding a broken antenna.  I responded by text immediately saying I didn’t know anything about an antenna under the house.  I never saw an antenna, there was a lot of debris under the house.  Days later we received notice from our bank that a stop payment had been placed on the check.  I then attempted to call her many times over the next couple days, leaving voice mails.  She would not respond in any way.  I then proceeded to file with small claims court, since she would not respond to me to discuss the situation.  The situation could have been resolved had she responded to my calls.
