complaint to me this morning. I have had a chance to review the file and Mr***’s situation It is disappointing to me that we were unable to provide the type of service that he, and all students deserve. We truly do strive to help each student succeed. Unfortunately, sometimes we fall short, and for that, I apologize. During the first day orientation, our School Director, John T***, advises all students that if they have a problem, they should come see him. I do believe that had Mr*** met with MrT***, we could have remedied the situation immediately. Mr*** states that he should not be billed for this service and I agree with him. He will not be charge for any of his training. In addition, we will be refunding the $he paid for his lodging, even though he has not asked for that We will mail a check for $to his home address once we hear back from you that he is accepting of this arrangement Sincerely, Matt C*** President
