Ms. [redacted] signed contract states 6 months & rent due on 1st, not 3rd. On 3rd when she came in she owed $94. She wasn't planning on staying thats y she wanted her check mailed. which was returned wrong zip. I had accidently reversed 2 numbers. when ck returned applied 2 overdue acct. $10 per day late plus 74 rent. All vendors & consignors due monies received all monies due them. Over $3000 was given out to vendors and consignors in June. For her to state I wasnt going to pay her the $23.20 is ridiculous. Communication with her, never once stated unhappy, planning to leave, or tried to resolve in any way. The app was a bonus, [redacted] has taken 6 weeks to fix the ipaddress issue, which they were trying to blame the app company for. But now works. I had sent a certified letter to Ms [redacted] stating she had broken the contract and the monies due as of July 8th, when letter sent out, was $443. This business is a God Fearing business. We love the LORD and wish to be a blessing to the town, vendors, consignors, and customers. God has blessed us with this business so we can bless others. This is our goal. For her to slander this business is wrong. If Ms. [redacted] continues with these actions and comments she needs to know she now owes us for 20 more days at $10 per day now totaling $643.00 minus her sales of 49.12 totaling 593.88. we will right off all late fees if she pays us the remaining portion of the contract $320.88 by August 10, 2015. Will be glad to send a copy of her signed contract with supporting details in favor of the business.
