Blessings From Above Daycare

Review: My child attended this daycare for 4 weeks. In that time frame she had been getting good reports from the child care provider, other than issues with nap time, and crying. I contacted the childcare provider on June 19, 2013 after picking upmy child, to question a mark on her forehead. Child care provider became frustrates with the situation, and expressed "not feeling comfortable with the siatuation" which eventually lead to a verbal disagreement where she refused to further service my child. She broke terms of the contract and when contacted to pick up my child's belongings, responded "I am not available". She has not returned my child's items at this point.Desired Settlement: I would like to retrieve my child's belongings.
