Pretty cool concept, good customer support experience

I recently donated to their campaign supporting military veterans and needed help resetting my member dashboard password and successfully logging in. Their customer service via email was really good, they helped me get setup and logged in correctly and were quick to get back to me when I needed help. Good experience!
