------- Forwarded message ----------From: Revdex.com of Metro Washington DC Date: Tue, May 31, 2016 at 1:39 PMSubject: Fwd: [redacted]-PRYCO Movers - Complaint #[redacted]To: [redacted]@myRevdex.com.org---------- Forwarded message ----------From: [redacted] Date: Tue, May 31, 2016 at 1:26 PMSubject: [redacted]-PRYCO Movers - Complaint #[redacted]To: "[email protected]" Dear [redacted]:I would like to add more information to my complaint against the company PRYCO Movers in Pennsylvania . On Monday May 23, 2016, I went to the PR Department of the Treasury to paid for my car taxes. A representative from this agency, told me that other containers were damaged in the transport  company ( [redacted] # [redacted]) from Jacksonville FL to Puerto Rico. He also stated that there were other complaints, including car dealers due to damages in their cars.  I understand that accidents happens. My complaint is about the way PRYCO handled the situation and tried to cover up the accident .  On Thursday May 26th 2016, I went to PRAYCO Movers warehouse in Caguas Puerto Rico, to get my car. I'm not happy the way it looks. They did not use original parts (use cheap one  and windshield  is not tinted) the rubber gaskets  is missing around the windshield (means not support to the windshield),  the car paint doesn't match. I'm  very concern about safety issues because there is not warranty about how the car was fixed . PRAYCO 's attorney stated that the entire car was painted. This is not true.   I do not agree with PRAYCO Movers about the  abusive way they handled this situation. I spend a lot of money on renting a car  ( I got the receipts) because I didn't have access to my property,  or any information about what happened. Even now, I still waiting for my car accident  report and explanation I got nothing. Customers that make contracts with this company, are not aware of their  unethical practices and the potential risks of making business with them. Please alert customers and the public about this bad, bad business!
