The website indicates the rates are $14 a month and they have the option to pay via their website. However when you pay on the website, they don't check it? So we went with this company since it was cheaper than one other trash removal service in this area, but I guess you get what you pay for. We HAD service with them beginning sometime in December and I paid up per THEIR rates on the site until May, but they stopped service right after. We called the phone number listed on that same website (which indicates they are open from 8am-5pm) but NOBODY ever answers. It took the owner 4 days to call us back and finally argues that we still owe $94. My husband advised her that we paid $80 via their website. She says that we HAVE to call to report a payment because they dont check that very often! When my husband asked why our rates are different than what is stated on the website, the lady responded "well, we can't change what's on the website, but there are some people who pay upwards of $30 per month?!" And then proceeded to tell my husband that since the rates on the website are obviously incorrect, we would still owe the $14 but they would reinstate our service. Now, we haven't received a call or any piece of mail from this company since that incident BUT once again they stopped service 3 weeks later? Called again this morning, of course they didn't answer, but they did manage to call me back within the same day. Spoke with the "co-owner" I'm assuming, who stated they stopped service for that past due balance? When I started to question the amount (because they STILL haven't fixed the website), she kept asking me to "let her talk" but wouldn't answer any question I asked regarding that ridiculous $14 balance? She actually hung up on me and told me to find another company! Which is absolutely what we will do, truthfully should've done that to begin with. This company is very unprofessional & in my opinion, incompetent. Don't advertise you have a functional website. Your "guaranteed rates" are incorrect and customers that pay via that website have to then go out of their way to call you to report it? And maybe it wouldn't be so bad IF the website directed you to do so, but it says no such thing. Nobody ever answers the phone and at times, there is more than a 48 hour delay in a call back. In my opinion, the customer service (or lack there of) was horrible. The lady I spoke with should've fixed that "past due balance" in the first place. Or atleast communicated that service would be stopped so we would've resolved it. As a business, your answer should never be "go find another provider". Especially when what they are advertising on that disfunctional website is false. IF they cared about customer satisfaction, they would be working to resolve it.
