In response to complaint ID of [redacted], our insured came by the office to report an accident she had been involved in on September 24, 2013 around 8:30am. She was traveling on Interstate 81 came off exit 47 and hit a ditch causing damage to her 2011 Jeep Compass. After insured left the office, the agency reported the claim to her insurance carrier. The responsibility of the agency finished. The professionals at the claims department handle the claim from that point.A copy of the accident report from the insured's insurance company is included showing that claim was reported to insurance on the same day that insured reported accident to agency. On the insurance card there is a claim reporting number that the insured can also use to report an accident directly to the company.Please let it be noted on this claim even though our responsibility had finished after reporting the claim. The agency made several calls to the company for our insured, helping to set up a rental vehicle and helping claims to get the proper paperwork to the body shop that insured had chosen.Johnny L Blevins, Agent

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.On sept24. I filed a claim. On sept.25 after not anything from anybody I called Blevins they told me that paperwork has been filed I than ask about a rental I was told they where just my broker I would have to call the Haulers. I do not think I would have to. I'm the consumer. So I called [redacted] was informed that nothing available I called back. Mr. Blevins told me I might try [redacted]'s. so I finally got a car Thurs. after several phone calls to [redacted]'s. On that Friday I called towing and frame where my jeep was to see what was going on. The guy told me it would be towed to [redacted] . I have never heard of this place. On Sept 25 I told Mr and Mrs Blevins I wanted it towed to Towing and Frame. Again I told Mr. Blevins on Thursday that I wanted it to there. I was then informed that [redacted] had already ordered the parts to fix my vehicle. I was told this by the towing company.I called [redacted] in Friday, they said they were waiting on paperwork from the insurance company. Monday still no paperwork. Tuesday no paperwork. Finally got in touch with haulers insurance on Wednesday and was told that they would resend it to [redacted] pen. So for two and z half weeks my car was being worked on because of parts not ordered by the insurance adjuster.in the meantime my car rental ran out. I called Blevins insurance and mrs Blevins answered the phone. I asked why there had been no progress with the car or my paperwork. She then hung up on me. I went directly to the insurance agency to talk to mrs Blevins. After mrs Blevins became belligerent I walked out of the agency. She followed me into the parking lot and said I will no longer do anything for you on this claim. You're on your own. I had to borrow a vehicle from my father in law for a week and z half. I finally got my car back this past Wednesday. A month after filing a claim with the agency. Thank you, [redacted]
