There is a bright red card that is the first thing seen when opening the product that states "Important Before First Use" and details how to register for the warrantyWe reinstated the warranty even though the customer had not followed these
instructionsCustomer returned a product that had obvious damage caused by a caustic substance applied to the back of the unit containing the electronics, as documented by images which were sent to customer and can be provided if neededIt even took off the Logo on the unitAll of this has been documented by email, copies can be providedWe sent the applicable language in the warranty stating it is voided due to the unknown substance on the unit that has caused damage, and offering to provide our repair service at a reduced rate if desired
