Review: In October of 2013 I contacted a representative of 'BLG Solar Solutions' who informed me about getting Solar Panels. I was told in six weeks I would have panels fully installed. I signed a contract (my mistake was not getting a copy) and a few days later received a call from BLG that they were starting the process for panels. Approximately four weeks went by and I tried contacting the company to see were we were in the process but could not get anyone to answer the phone. In December I was told the permit was applied for and that's what we were waiting on. In late February I was able to contact someone who told me the Solar Panel shipment got delayed due to the Winter Storm. In March I was told I had to redo a contract due to subcontracting problems. I set up an appointment at my house, on my day off, and no one showed up. It is now July of 2014 and no Solar Panels I've also noticed the monthly charge has gone up from the original contract price.Desired Settlement: I would like my complaint posted and the company at least contacted and informed of their poor business ethics. I had also seen similar complaints on their Facebook page which they are quick to delete. Any and all help or consideration will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. I still have the articles from BLG that were presented to me during the initial appointment with the sale rep back in October including his name and contact info.
Review: On December 3, 2013 I signed a contract with BLG Solar Solutions to put solar panels on the roof of my home. After waiting a month and not being contacted, (my wife tried to contact them by phone, as well as e-mail and the only response she could get was that they were trying to find out what was going on) my wife called again on January 14, 2014. She spoke with a [redacted] who told her that "a week and a half after our contract was signed that their lease partner decided that they were not going to put solar panels on "trailers" or metal roofs anymore." My wife called back on Friday, January 17 to double check about what [redacted] had said. My wife informed [redacted] that we have a contract and she said she was sorry but there is nothing they can do. I have e-mails between [redacted] and my wife from the very beginning, where my wife informed her that we live in a double-wide, manufactured home.Desired Settlement: I would just like the solar panels put on my roof, as agreed on in the contract. I will pay, as agreed on in the contract.

To Whom It May Concern,
Review: Entergy said I need a red plaque on Meter Pan. On the plaque it must have Kio size, arrow pointing in direction of KW disconnect, and how many feet away the Disconnect is from meter pan. I called BLG they understood what I was talking about. Then called back to confirm the address. Entergy will not put the required meter in for me to get credit for having solar panels. Until I get the red plaque on the pan.Desired Settlement: BLG put the red plaque on with all requirements on it so I can get Entergy to put the meter in so I can use solar power.
