After *** *** reviewed the photos I sent him, he clearly
stated he was mailing us a refundHe also verbally stated this to me and my husband. In regards to the mold, he stated, "maybe we missed a few bottom windows"He acknowledged the job was not completed.Also he states, 'my employees did not see any"There was only employee on this job. They were asked to remove siding and make repairs accordinglyThe siding WAS NOT REMOVEDYou can not accurately assess for mold by peeking in the siding around windows. I informed *** and his employee that I had went into complete respiratory failue, near death, d/t toxic levels of mold inside our homeAdvised I am still in active respiratoy failure, and this job was to be handled knowing thatThey blatantly disregarded my health status and of the importance of accurately assessing for mold. Am attaching several photos of his statement that he was mailing us a refund, poorly installed jchannel and moldy plywood under siding. Thank You, *** * *** ***
