My initial contact with the *** was on 08-20-They were referred to me by some of their friends in their neighborhoodI went out and met with them about an
awning for their gazeboDue to height limitations, it was not a match for themI recommended a Sunsetter Easy Shade with 90% fabricI explained to them that it stopped 90% of the heat and glareThey agreed it would meet their needs and ordered two more for windows on their houseI collected a 50% deposit arid ordered their custom made shades with bronze housing and charcoal 90% fabricI explained to them that it would take three weeks to have the shades manufactured and shippedI would contact them on arrival and schedule installationOn September 9th, I received their product from Sunsetter via UPS FreightI phoned the *** and set an appointment for installation the following Monday, September 14th at 9:amWe arrived to the job on time and the installation went very smoothly, and we finished up around 11:amAt that time, we explained remote control functions, operations, care and cleaning, as well as warranties and their owner's manualI failed to order upgraded warranties at the time of ordering their product but I immediately got on the phone with Sunsetter and got their warranties on the way to the customer directlyMrand Mrs*** were very happy with the product and had no more questionsAt that time, they paid the balance on the billFour days later, on Friday, September 18th about 8:am, I received a call from Mr*** and he was irate explaining to me that he just got off the phone with Sunsetter and said he was unhappy with the fabric and wanted a darker oneI explained that it was the only sun blocking fabric they soldHe insisted on a refund and demanded I remove the shades from his home, insisting they were not blocking 90% of the glareHe stated that he had to put sunglasses on to look at the sun through the fabricAt this point he wanted to know about my "customer satisfaction policy." Trying to get a word into the conversation, I reiterated the fact that they are "custom made" and "nonreturnable" to me and/or to SunsetterHe went on cussing, something about the "God damned warranties being any good." Again, I explained that the warranties are handled by the manufacturerHe went off again threatening a complaint to the Revdex.com and hung up on me I feel I represented the product very wellIt absolutely blocks 90% of the glare and heat, and you can still see through itI feel I delivered exactly the product he ordered on time.I feel I did a very professional installation without incidentI stand behind my product and my installation I hope I have satisfied the Revdex.com as to be a very professional company as this is my first complaint in years of doing business as Blind Ambition

I am rejecting this response because: he did disclose the difference in warranties.  We even suggested we would buy directly from Sunsetter but he stated buying from him was just like Sunsetter he never once mentioned the difference in warranties and customer satisfaction. I am tired of this back and forth with no resolution, I want to close the case and have it noted by Revdex.com that this issue could not be resolved due to company not honoring the Sunsetter warranties

I am a Sunsetter authorized dealer. I do sell the exact same product as Sunsetter with the same available options and warranties as Sunsetter. Warranties, as explained to Mr. and Mrs. [redacted], are handled directly with Sunsetter. Blind Ambition warranties the installation for one year.I did price match the online price of Costco, who also is an authorized dealer for the Sunsetter Products. As Sunsetter explained to Mr. [redacted], Blind Ambition is a third party vendor. And, as per my "Sunsetter Dealer Manual" from Sunsetter states, "All sales are final as soon as the product goes into production." Also, meaning they are custom made to order and non-refundable/non-returnable to Sunsetter by any dealer. Again, I feel I have represented myself as a dealer correctly and provided stellar service to Mr. and Mrs. [redacted], and gave them exactly what they ordered.
