Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:It is inaccurate as well as irrelevantGel polish, irrespective of the brand, does not come off in a day unless it wasn't applied or cured properlyMy nails chipped within hoursI came back right after they chipped and several more chipped the next morningnails were chipped within hours of my serviceDavid's attitude throughout this entire situation has been disgusting, unprofessional and now, laced with liesDavid specifically said "I don't care, go ahead and call the Revdex.com" and now that I've done so, he's backtracking and lying about the things that he saidAgain, I am a lawyer, a professional, and I conduct myself as such at all times--why would I "yell" in the middle of a salon?? David is not being truthful about how he and his business serviced me (well their lackluster performance in servicing me) and not only do I want my money back, I want their business practices to be evaluated by the appropriate authority Sincerely, [redacted]

No, I don't have anything in writingI have my receipts though and the signs in the shop, in addition to what the employees tell customers, state that they will repair nails within a reasonable amount of timeThey redid my nails when they chipped the first time(within 24-hours) which indicates that they obviously know that they (the gel nails) are not supposed to chip when done correctly & especially not in a dayI also have an infection in one of my fingers from this placeAt a minimum, I want some of my money back

The first time miss *** came into my shop she get a full set acrylic and a pedicure done She show my technician a picture from the internet My technician try her best to make her happy But she is not happy at all She give her a very hard
time, and it took my technician more than hours to do her nail at the end we have to take all the nail design off her nails, and a different technician have to come and say sorry to her and put one solid color for her The second time she come in wanted to take off her full set acrylic, manicure, gel polish on the hands, pedicure and gel polish on the toes We saw her, and we know who she is but we still try our very best to make her happy as we can We also let her know that when ever you take off the acrylic full set, the natural nail bed gets thin and soft In the end we manage to do what she want going home happy A Few days later she comes in around 7pm saying her nail gel polish chip two or three finger, so we didn't say anything and just fix for her nicely and re apply new gel top coat on all of her fingernail again with out charging her anything at all The next morning around pm I was siting in the front desk she storm into the shop demanding for us to fix her chip gel polish again So I agree to fix only the one that is chipping She start to get really mad and demanded to me that I have to take off all of her gel polish and put in new gel polish for her with out charging her By then I beginning to think that we are being taking advantage of I then told her that we will fix what ever that is chip but we do take everything off and apply new gel polish with out charging her I explain to her that we purchased our product from nail supplier that makes them, and apply them on customer properly as we can I also explain to her that at our shop we don't guarantee on anything to the nail like chipping, cracking, peeling, lifting or broken after hours of their original service date The reason is that customer can go home picked at it, peel it, trying to lift it up, touch water a lot, work with their hands a lot, do a lot of typing, or natural nail bed is to thin where color don't stay on She then gets really loud yelling and saying I will report this to the Revdex.com just because she didn't gets her way In conclusion I David owner / manger feels that we are not at fault because we offer to fix all the nails that is chip, but she don't want that she want us to take everything out and put in new gel polish Secondly if she feels that we do such a crappy job, and having a disgusting attitude why did she come back in the second time to get her nails done thirdly I do not accused her of being in a fight Fourthly we do not insult her by calling names like pie-faced Being a lawyer is good for her, but it doesn't mean that lawyer can say what ever they want to say or do what ever they want to do, and think that they can bend the rules or take advantage of people Finally if we are going to refund the disputed amount we feel that we should only refund the gel polish on the hand that is chipping which is only $25, not the whole service of pedicure, manicure, and gel no the toes too If any question please called me at ***

My nails chipped within 24 hours. I came back right after they chipped and several more chipped the next morning. 7 nails were chipped within 48 hours of my service. David's attitude throughout this entire situation has been disgusting, unprofessional and now, laced with lies. David specifically said "I don't care, go ahead and call the Revdex.com" and now that I've done so, he's backtracking and lying about the things that he said. Again, I am a lawyer, a professional, and I conduct myself as such at all times--why would I "yell" in the middle of a salon??
