For new customers, it may be helpful to be specific about your needs and ask for all options that may be available. The initial sales call was relatively brief in that we were only informed of select materials and operating mechanisms (corded blinds). Although we were initially dissatisfied both with the quality of product I selected and the installation, the team at the Blind Man worked with me to select a blind that we liked (cordless) and re-install in a quality manner. We are very happy with the end result.

I recently ordered shutters and blinds from The Blind Man, Inc. and their service and installation of products was wonderful. They were courteous and delivered the products on time. I will certainly use them again in the future.

This firm is terrible to work with. We ordered shades from them, and they came in wrong due to incorrect measurements, additionally, they were installed wrong.

They refused to come out saying the problem was my windows and they refused to even try to correct any of the problems.

I went to [redacted] and another dealer, who measured the windows correctly, and ordered new shades. They were installed correctly and are beautiful. They hang perfectly straight to the window sill without any gaps..

Obviously there is nothing wrong with my windows, the problem was this firm.
