The window treatments supplied became puckered within months of installation and carry a lifetime guarantee. I contacted B&B, supplie them with a pix B&O contacted their supplier and have had no satisfactory response. This has been going on since the beginning of the year and I have been undergoing cancer treatment which limits my ability to close this matter myself. I have numerous emails in which they promised to fix the problem. Since the particular window treatments cost ~$1,000 and carry in writing a lifetime guarantee it is my opinion that they bear the replacement costs regardless if their supplier is not supporting them.Desired SettlementI like what was supplied except for the fact that that look terrible now and will only get worse.
