signed our paperwork (Work Authorization and Assignment of Benefit)He understood what was occurring with the project and never asked DynaClean to have paperwork signed by his wife(It is not standard for DynaClean to require signatures of both property owners.) Mr*** understood the $13,Estimate was for Mitigation ServicesHe also knew the differences billed included the pack out of the home and storage, which was subcontractedMr*** was provided an Estimate for those services as well and he understood that was an additional serviceDynaClean does not appreciate Mr*** trying to make it sound as if we raised his bill by $for no reason.He approved this needed serviceHe knew we hired a moving company on their behalf (as this is our procedure)Mr*** knew we bill Overhead and ProfitHe signed paperwork which is customary and standard in the serviceWe do not understand Mrs***s statement "items not place on site"We only billed for services rendered. DynaClean provided an Estimate for clean up prior to doing post clean upIt was understood we would bill for actual time/materialsThis was not a finish clean; the ***s had not requested that while reconstruction was still going on in their homeWe did go back to their home per their request and added additional time per our hourly billing. The ***s attempted to go around DynaClean and pay the movers directlyAfter we had an agreement that specified we are entitled to O&PThere was not a padded figure - mover itemized as fuel surcharge and storage as agreed.I feel this has become a situation of an insured client trying to profit on their own loss at the expense of not paying their bill as agreed uponWe only want to be paid for work we have done and/or have been responsible forWe spent hours to provide the ***s an Estimate to clean and unpack content in which we did not doThis was something the insruance cowas expecting us to bill at time and materials after completion. The ***s were insistent that we provide numbers beforehandAt that time we felt the ***s were looking to profit from their loss but had no idea it would be at our expense of not paying us for contentsPlease find our response to the ***s when they told us they are not going to pay anymoreWe have responded to the ***s in a courteous manner and prepared to move forward with collection. The Business has been great at trying to work with us regarding this situation. We fully understand that the owner and the business as a whole was also a victim in the situation, and apologize for any harsh, and unkind words that were insinuated during the complaint via the Revdex.com and through social media. We have removed all negative comments about the business via [redacted] and the social media outlets that we posted onto about them regarding this situation. We look forward to working and finishing up the final projects that still need to be completed for our home, and look forward to continuing a better communication-relationship with said business. Please consider this matter resolved 100% in this matter.
