I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below.
[If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.] Blinds & Designs never tried to contact us until we went into the store after six days Again the minutes *** was in our home he spent on his cell phone We were very clear to B & D upon the very first day we went into the store and to *** that we only wanted the one design, and that we only wanted color change only The order was not what we purchased The style that was hung up on the first window stuck out from the frame The window order over the sink that was cancelled and not made we also put money down and never refunded to us On the order form there was no break down of what was what for cost As far as my husband gun, if he did have it out which we do not remember was for cleaning purposes What if anything this has nothing to do with B & D placing the wrong order to us We want a full refund or B & D can redo our order for the correct one and we will gladly play for what was ordered and not what the installer was putting up that we had him remove I looked at our order form which is not clear at all and we never signed for it Unless *** has my signature on something else, what he left for us we did not sign for. Hi, All this time we were looking at the amounts (only) that were written on the invoice that *** had left with us. This is a pink copy and on the left hand corner of the invoice is this name written:*** ***

Mr & Mrs ** *** visited the Blinds & Designs Narragansett, RI locationShe informed the store manager of the type of product she was looking for and scheduled a free in-home consultationOn July 20, the store owner visited the customerThe product sample book (for the
product selected during the store visit) was reviewed by both Mr & Mrs *** for minutesThey settled on the pattern and color for their windows and a coordinating color (different product) for their sliding glass doorThe proposal was presented to them, in written form, at the time of the consultationUpon review and a brief discussion, amongst themselves, they agreed with the details and presented Blinds & Design with their non-refundable depositThe total of which, does not cover Blinds & Designs costsAll orders are custom made and are not returnable to the manufacturers nor are they resalableThe time spent with the ***s was slightly over one hourCustomer service is critical part of Blinds & Designs' successUpon learning that the installer was asked to reinstall the old blinds and take the new product away (while Mr *** took out part of his gun collection in front of the installer), Blinds & Designs attempted to make contact numerous timesThere was no answering machine on the number providedMrs *** finally accepted our call and proceeded to have a one-sided conversation and slammed down the phone ending her rantBlinds & Designs further attempts to resolve this matter have gone unansweredOnce the original order has been fully paid for, the manufacturer has agreed to discount any re-order, Blinds & Designs will split the remaining cost with the ***sWhy would the ***s spend minutes looking at patterns and colors if they already picked them out? There was no confusion during the consultation, it was actually a pleasant sales call
