Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today regarding the above cited case IDPer your complaint file, the customer called you on 5/19/We communicated via e-mail and phone with the customer on 5/20/and several times since the initial response to her personallyI am meeting with the customer at her home to address any lingering concerns she may have regarding her installation and how we can resolve those immediatelyWe have also issued a partial refund to the client for her inconvenience
It is our belief that this is a non-issue and the client will be satisfied with our action on her behalf
