From the second the sales rep walked in the door he was rude: didn't introduce himself to my husband, would ask questions without giving us an opportunity to respond, commented and gave his opinion on things in our home that were completely irrelevant to why he was here (even when we told him we didn't want his opinion), and at one point fully insulted my husbandAnd this was just to get the price quoteEven before he had left our house, we had decided that this wasn't the company we wanted to give our money toVery poor salesmanship!
