Review: I ordered blinds from [redacted] at Blinds for You. The total for 7 windows was $[redacted]. He required a payment of $[redacted]. I paid him $[redacted] on 4/24/15 as required. He to told me the order would take about a week to come in. After approximately a month I contacted him to inquire about the blinds. He stated he intended to contact me. He stated the blinds were in and we set up a time to have the blind installed. He installed the blinds on 5/29/15. When he installed the blinds in the front two bedrooms, he asked that I leave the blinds partially closed. He stated the blinds needed to stretch out. I did as he requested and left the blinds partially closed. He installed the blinds in the master bedroom. After installing the blind in the master bedroom; I told him this blind was suppose to be top down bottom up. He stated it was not. We went back and forth and I told him I would not have paid as much as I paid for any of the blinds if they were not top down, bottom up. He seemed to get very frustrated and asked if I had my receipt. I told him yes. He asked to see it and I gave the receipt to him. He agreed and stated that blind should have been top down, bottom up as written on the receipt. He stated he would order it and get back with me in a week to install them. I paid him the balance of $[redacted]; this was on 5/29/15. I called him later to tell him the blinds in the front rooms were too short and he didn't order them long enough. He stated the blinds needed to stretch out and he had to show me how to work them. He stated when he came back with the other blind for the master bedroom he would show me. I told him I knew how to work the blinds they were too short. He had an attitude and stated he would get back with me in about a week to come install the other blinds. I called him after not hearing from him in a couple of weeks and he told me to call him back. I called several times and got the same response. Every time I called him he told me to call back. I left messages explaining to him I had not heard from him and had paid my money as required, when required and had not gotten the product I paid for. I didn't get a response. I contacted the Revdex.com in July/ August. After months of not talking to [redacted], [redacted] called on 9/2/15 and stated he had the blind in. At this time I am requesting a refund of the money I paid for blinds because he has not delivered the correct, quality products to my satisfaction. It has taken a long time. I paid [redacted] $[redacted] as required when it was required and have only gotten the run around. His attitude and demeanor changed after he got paid in full. It takes along time between ordering the product and actually having the product installed. I am not satisfied with the products he installed and have not received the completed order.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $*,[redacted]. as paid.
