Response:The guest purchased our faucet and upon installing, there was a slight error in installationafter reviewing the original emails and conversing back and forth with the guest, we sent new passembliesafter a few months the guest contacted us again and said the pop-ups were leaking
we sent replacements out for these as wellwe are unsure of how this happened as these items do not just start leaking by themselves
