Review: Blinds were purchased for our home at blinds on the go in manalapan, nj. After a few months the cord snapped and Al the owner came after a few weeks of my request and replaced the cords. Several months later the cord snapped again, after regular use, and the cord went up into the blind. Also, our double window blinds were very difficult to pull up. After several requests for repair, Al came and picked up the blinds to send them to the distributer for repair. That was at minimum, 4 months ago. After many phone calls and inquiries, Al returned with our blinds minus one of them and said the distributed lost the remaining blind. After one day of use, the blind that was returned and repaired broke a third time. After over a month of calling and leaving at minimum five messages, I still have not heard back form this business, nor have had my last blind returned. I have been extremely congenial and understanding with this business even though I have been treated unfairly.Desired Settlement: I would like the blinds that I purchased returned in a usable state.
