Blinds, Shades and Shutter Factory

Dear [redacted] ***, [redacted] 's original purchase is dated 4/30/ [redacted] called the store stating that a technician for another company told her that the shutters that were installed by Blinds Shade and Shutter Factory were not installed properlyShe then proceeded to call the company and asked for serviceShe was told that we would come out to service her shutters at a fee of $75, She refused to pay the service feeHence we did not make an appointment for service.There is a day warranty on laborIt is written on the contract in which [redacted] signedCompany policy states that once the days are up, there is a $dollar charge for at home serviceWe at times make accommodations to the rule, if it is just past daysHowever [redacted] 's installation was three years agoThere is no telling why the shutters are the way that they are,We will come out to make an assessment and work with the manufacturer if there is a defect; however [redacted] needs to pay the $service fee so that we can be of service to herIf you should have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact meThank you,Bob S
