Review: I purchased shutters and blinds in June. The shutters were never delivered and the wrong blinds were hung on my window. I reviewed the sales order and the correct blinds have not replaced the incorrect blinds. I have called multiple times to find out when the shutters would arrive and now it is September and the shutters have not arrived. I paid for them and the money has not been refunded to me, calls are not returned. I have gone to the store and no one is there during normal business hours, with a sign on the door stating that the owner is out on a job. Last Thursday the owner agreed to meet me at home to replace the blinds with the correct ones and to bring the shutters. He never arrived. He never called to cancel.

Now I await these two products or a refund. Again, no return calls and no refund and no product(s). Terrible service. The owner [redacted] said it takes awhile to get custom made shutters, however, I ordered them in June, three months ago. The corrected blinds should not take this long to replace. They are not custom made.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the shutters. I want the correct blinds in my kitchen.

Review: On March ** 2015, I contracted this business to make and install a screen door on my patio. The [redacted] came out to my apartment, measuered the door, and said it will take 10 days to complete everything. I gave deposit of $100 cash and got receipt. 2 weeks passed and I haven't heard anything, so I called the [redacted] and he said it should all be done the following week. After waiting two more weeks and not hearing from him, I again called and left a message since nobody picked up. After 4 days he called me back and said it should all be done soon. The next week I called again since nothing happened, he said he was on the other line with another customer and that he will call me back in 5 minutes. He never did. I called yet again, and then yet again, and then the last time I called on May [redacted] I left a message saying that ether he installs the door the next week or I want my money back. I never heard back, he never called. Basically, at this point I feel cheated and that he he took my deposit of $100 and just ignored the service he was supposed to perform.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I no longer want the service from this business because the [redacted] proved untrustworthy, even passive aggressive, and I no longer want to deal with him whatsoever.
