I am rejecting this response because:Please see attached email from BlindSavers that I received after I filed the complaint. I did not respond because the response should have gone to the Revdex.com.  You can see that this email offers a full credit of the $583 without having to return the blinds.  This recent response to the Revdex.com doesn't acknowledge this offer but actually reverts to the position they had taken previously about credit only if I returned the blinds knowing that I now in [redacted] and the mismatched blinds are in **.  This contradictory messaging is further demonstration of their poor business practices and if nothing else other people should know about the way customers are treated.  A full refund to my credit card is still my preference because I would also prefer never to have to deal with this company again but if the issue of a credit IN WRITING for the full amount is provided, I will take it and give it to someone else so as not to have to deal with this anymore.   Thanks,[redacted]

Customer ordered 6 shades, 4 as inside mount with no valance and 2 as outside mount with a built in cassette valance. Customer contacted BlindSaver late December 2017 and said the 2 shades with the cassette valance are 1/2" too short in width. BlindSaver contacted the manufacturer and the...

manufacturer stated the shades were made correctly; however, BlindSaver remade the shades based on the customers complaint. The new shades arrived the same size and BlindSaver offered to remake the shades again; however, we asked customer to tell us how wide they need the cassette valance to be from left to right so that we could have them remade to the exact size customer needed. Customer preferred a refund so our manufacturer sent the customer shipping tags for the return. The correct refund amount is lower than the amount shown on the price of each blind because the customer received a 25% discount on the entire order. Each blind cost - before discount - $274.52. Two blinds equals $549.04 less 25% discount customer received on the order, therefore, the refund amount is $411.78. Our customer service agent quoted a refund amount of $402.69 as the customer also received a $100 concession due to a delayed shipment of the order and this was factored in. We will remove that factor and refund customer the original amount customer paid for the shades which is $411.78. The refund amount of $411.78 was processed on February 7, 2018.

We reviewed the email correspondence between customer and our BlindSaver customer service team member. BlindSaver offered customer 3 different options in hopes of accommodating customer concerns. Please note that BlindSaver was not giving customer conflicting answers, rather we were attempting to...

offer a solution that would be acceptable to customer. The 3 options are: 1) Full store credit with no expiration date and customer is not required to return the order; 2) 25% discount on order if customer prefers to keep the blinds; 3) BlindSaver will send customer a prepaid shipping label and refund the order to their credit card when the blinds are returned.All BlindSaver products are custom made. BlindSaver's return policy does not include 100% refunds for products that are not returned. As such, we provided some alternate solutions to assist customer.

As a courtesy BlindSaver is replacing the 2 custom blinds free of charge. Customer will only be responsible for the oversize shipping fee. Customer has been advised of this. Customer also stated the color was incorrect which we are looking into.
